Right from the start he provided a clear and easily understood quote broken down into various options. Post quote he was able to advise us on what he could provide to fit our budget which was really useful as we are landlords and live away from our property. Once we agreed the work he gave us realistic accurate timelines on how long the work would take. He also provided us with updated photo's of the work when it was completed. He left the job clean and tidy. Jason has really restored our faith in builders given some of the previous experiences we have had.
